Club Information
The Edmonton Strikers Soccer Club is a non-profit organization. When a player registers, the club commits to league fees, field bookings, insurance, administration, and team planning. Because of these commitments, the following refund policy applies to all registrations.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $250 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure a player's spot. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund requests may be submitted within three (3) days of the original registration date. The $250 deposit will be retained by the club. Any remaining balance paid may be refunded.
Refund Requests After Three (3) Days
After three (3) days from the date of registration, the $250 deposit remains non-refundable. Refunds of any remaining balance may be considered only if the player withdraws before teams are officially declared by the league.
After Teams Are Declared
Once teams have been officially declared and rosters finalized with the league, no refunds will be issued.
At this stage the club has committed to league registration, team placements, field permits, and administration costs.
